“We want our coaches to be truly international in terms of accreditation as sport dance instructors,” confirmed Losika Mosarwa, president of the Botswana Dance Sports Association (BODANSA). Mosarwa said his association had organized the week-long exam workshop and 10 local coaches would undergo a rigorous oral exam.
This will be the first workshop of its kind in the history of sport dance in Botswana with the aim of enabling future professional dance teachers to familiarize themselves with a wide range of dance styles.
